HUNTLEY, IL – Holocaust survivor, Lisl Bogart, will present her story of survival and courage to World History and World Geography students at Huntley High School on Wednesday, April 3 in the school’s Performing Arts Center.
Two 60-minute presentations, including time for questions and discussion, will be held at 9:00 a.m.

and 12:15 p.m. and will include an introduction from Lisl’s family friend and HHS social worker, Katie Szarzynski. The public is invited to attend either presentation.
Audience members will hear Lisl’s story of being taken from her home by the Nazi’s and transported to the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp where she was later liberated on May 7, 1945.
